Environmental
At WBP Group, we are committed to sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint. That’s why we have partnered with 4tomorrow, a leader in data-driven carbon management solutions. Through this collaboration, we are taking significant steps towards not only limiting our emissions, but also empowering our clients to make informed and ethical supply chain decisions which have a measured environmental impact.
4tomorrow’s innovative approach allows us to measure, manage, and offset our carbon emissions efficiently with accurate carbon inventory calculations, comprehensive dashboards for tracking emissions, and robust forecasting tools to develop effective emission reduction strategies. By working closely with our vendors and suppliers, we can ensure that the carbon impact of our entire supply chain is mapped and aligned with our sustainability goals. WBP stands ready to support ESG reporting in Australia by integrating seamlessly into our clients’ preferred frameworks, helping them meet both voluntary and Scope 3 reporting requirements.
With the assistance of 4Tomorrow, WBP has established a baseline for carbon emissions, as a result of our business activities, for our entire business; this includes the emissions of our entire supply chain. This baseline has been captured for the 2024 financial year. Through a combination of selective procurement and conscious business decision making, WBP is well on the way to demonstrating a meaningful reduction in our carbon footprint. we have also conducted analysis concerning the activities WBP are directly responsible for, which have the greatest carbon impact.
With 4tomorrow’s support, we are not only ready to feed into our client’s reporting requirements but are also well placed to lead the market with ethical and environmental based strategic decisions. We recognise that ESG valuation services and sustainability data are increasingly essential to responsible property decisions, and we aim to support this through reliable insights and collaboration.
