National Valuations Director

Mohamad Zraika serves as the National Valuations Director and is a key member of the Executive team at WBP Group, where he leads the growth and diversification of the company’s valuation services across Australia. In this capacity, Mo plays a pivotal role in expanding the client base and driving the execution of strategic business initiatives.

Mo’s career at WBP began in 2009 as a valuer in the Sydney team, where he has made significant contributions to both residential and commercial property valuations in Sydney. His career trajectory has seen him progress through various leadership roles, including Managing Valuer and NSW Operations and Valuations Manager. His leadership has been instrumental in ensuring the growth and stability of the Sydney office and strengthening WBP’s presence in the NSW market.

A long-standing member of the Australian Property Institute (API) since 2009, Mo holds a Master’s in Property Development and has shared his expertise as an Associate Lecturer at Western Sydney University since 2018. In recognition of his significant contributions to the property profession, Mo was recently appointed as a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (API), a prestigious honor that reflects his ongoing commitment to supporting the API and his fellow property professionals.

Managing Valuer

With close to 25 years of experience in the property industry, Steve McMahon is a Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) and Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI). As Managing Valuer at WBP Group, he specialises in providing thorough, professional and well-researched property valuations across a wide range of residential property classes, including prestige properties.

Steve’s expertise covers valuations for mortgage finance, fair market value assessments and statutory purposes such as stamp duty and capital gains. His deep understanding of the property sector, gained from experience in property management, real estate sales and valuation, enables him to deliver accurate insights and reliable advice to clients and stakeholders.

Beyond his valuation work, Steve plays a key leadership role in mentoring and training cadet valuers, supporting their professional development and helping them achieve industry qualifications. His commitment to excellence, precision, and client-focused service ensures that every valuation he provides is backed by industry expertise and market knowledge.

Managing Valuer

A Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) and Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (API), Matthew Hawdon brings over 25 years of experience in the property valuation industry. As Managing Valuer at WBP Group, he provides expert residential property valuations across Sydney’s Eastern, Southern, Inner City and Inner West suburbs. His extensive portfolio spans everything from studio apartments and family homes to prestige waterfront properties and rural residential holdings.

Passionate about mentoring, Matthew takes pride in leading a team of skilled valuers, fostering their professional growth and confidence in the field. His deep expertise in the residential mortgage sector, combined with his commitment to delivering accurate and insightful valuations, ensures clients receive reliable and well-informed property valuations.

Matthew is known for his approachable nature and willingness to provide guidance on complex valuation matters. His ability to navigate unique property scenarios and offer clear, well-supported insights makes him a trusted professional among colleagues and clients alike.

Managing Valuer

With 15 years of experience in residential and commercial property valuations, Hassan Sakalaki is a trusted Managing Valuer known for his accuracy, efficiency and leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Property Economics (Valuation) and is a member of the Australian Property Institute (API).

Hassan specialises in family law and legal valuations, mortgage security assessments, insurance valuations and fair market appraisals. His strengths lie in team development, process improvement and conflict resolution all of which contribute to a seamless and professional valuation experience for clients.

Assistant Managing Valuer

With over seven years of experience in the property valuation industry, Kevin Moses brings a broad and forward-thinking perspective to his role as Assistant Managing Valuer. He supports key managerial functions, ensures regulatory compliance, and is actively involved in mentoring and developing junior (or upcoming) valuers.

Kevin has played an instrumental role in training cadet valuers and co-developing a structured framework for managing valuation queries across New South Wales, streamlining communication and improving operational efficiency. His expertise spans residential, commercial, and family law valuations, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of diverse client needs.

Holding a Graduate Diploma in Property Development and a Certificate IV in Property Valuations, Kevin combines academic knowledge with hands-on industry experience. Passionate about nurturing future professionals and driving innovation, he is committed to upholding excellence in valuation practice.
