Mohamad Zraika serves as the National Valuations Director and is a key member of the Executive team at WBP Group, where he leads the growth and diversification of the company’s valuation services across Australia. In this capacity, Mo plays a pivotal role in expanding the client base and driving the execution of strategic business initiatives.

Mo’s career at WBP began in 2009 as a valuer in the Sydney team, where he has made significant contributions to both residential and commercial property valuations in Sydney. His career trajectory has seen him progress through various leadership roles, including Managing Valuer and NSW Operations and Valuations Manager. His leadership has been instrumental in ensuring the growth and stability of the Sydney office and strengthening WBP’s presence in the NSW market.

A long-standing member of the Australian Property Institute (API) since 2009, Mo holds a Master’s in Property Development and has shared his expertise as an Associate Lecturer at Western Sydney University since 2018. In recognition of his significant contributions to the property profession, Mo was recently appointed as a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (API), a prestigious honor that reflects his ongoing commitment to supporting the API and his fellow property professionals.

Steve McMahon

Managing Valuer

With close to 25 years of experience in the property industry, Steve McMahon is a Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) and Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI). As Managing Valuer at WBP Group, he specialises in providing thorough, professional and well-researched property valuations across a wide range of residential property classes, including prestige properties.

Steve’s expertise covers valuations for mortgage finance, fair market value assessments and statutory purposes such as stamp duty and capital gains. With 15 years of experience in residential and commercial property valuations, Hassan Sakalaki is a trusted Managing Valuer known for his accuracy, efficiency and leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Property Economics (Valuation) and is a member of the Australian Property Institute (API).

Hassan specialises in family law and legal valuations, mortgage security assessments, insurance valuations and fair market appraisals. Kevin Moses
