Brendan Aylmore

State Director (WA)

Brendan is a talented Director with an expertise in efficient and streamlined operations. His responsibilities include overseeing valuations, and the quality control of valuation reports. He is highly regarded for his hands-on approach and strategies to support the entire team performing to the highest standard.

As a Certified Practising Valuer, he has more than 20 years experience in residential and commercial valuations for a variety of purposes, including family law, mortgage security, pre-sale, pre-purchase, financial reporting, body corporate and family law purposes.

David Shorter

State Director (WA)

David Shorter joined the WBP team in 2009 when Perth based valuation firm, Suburban Valuations Services merged with WBP Group. As Director of WBP Group (WA) David is responsible for overseeing valuations and business development.

David is a licensed valuer and member of the Australian Property Institute with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property and he has experience in valuing both residential and commercial properties for mortgage/refinancing, financial reporting, both corporate and family law purposes.
