David Shorter joined the WBP team in 2009 when Perth based valuation firm, Suburban Valuations Services merged with WBP Group. As Director of WBP Group (WA) David is responsible for overseeing valuations and business development.

David is a licensed valuer and member of the Australian Property Institute with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property and he has experience in valuing both residential and commercial properties for mortgage/refinancing, financial reporting, both corporate and family law purposes.
