Mohamad Zraika serves as the National Valuations Director and is a key member of the Executive team at WBP Group, where he leads the growth and diversification of the company’s valuation services across Australia. In this capacity, Mo plays a pivotal role in expanding the client base and driving the execution of strategic business initiatives.

Mo’s career at WBP began in 2009 as a valuer in the Sydney team, where he has made significant contributions to both residential and commercial valuations. His career trajectory has seen him progress through various leadership roles, including Managing Valuer and NSW Operations and Valuations Manager. His leadership has been instrumental in ensuring the growth and stability of the Sydney office and strengthening WBP’s presence in the NSW market.

A long-standing member of the Australian Property Institute (API) since 2009, Mo holds a Master’s in Property Development and has shared his expertise as an Associate Lecturer at Western Sydney University since 2018. In recognition of his significant contributions to the property profession, Mo was recently appointed as a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (API), a prestigious honor that reflects his ongoing commitment to supporting the API and his fellow property professionals.
