Chris is an effective State Director, bringing a depth of experience to his role as head of the commercial valuations department at WBP Group’s Adelaide office. He consistently prepares accurate and timely valuations for all types of residential and commercial property for purposes including taxation, acquisition, family law, mortgage lending, and refinancing.

As a Certified Practising Valuer, Chris is skilled at preparing valuations for large scale subdivisions and specialised assets like golf courses, hotels, and caravan parks. His industrial and commercial experience includes high-tech facilities, office buildings, childcare centres, shopping centres, car dealerships, and bulky goods facilities.

Bart Quinn

Bart’s background in residential construction provides him with a valuable foundation of practical experience. He has almost two decades of experience valuing all types of residential and commercial property for all purposes including taxation, acquisition, family law, mortgage lending, and refinancing.

As an Adelaide, Certified Practising Valuer, he is skilled at valuating prestige residential properties, Community Title lot entitlements, residential subdivisions, residential unit developments, and small scale industrial and commercial properties. He successfully manages South Australia’s residential valuations team as well as effectively handling the general operations for WBP Group in Adelaide.
