Cameron is the Managing Valuer for WBP Group Newcastle. In addition to his well-developed strong management skills, he is a Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) with over 10 years’ experience in all areas of valuation across New South Wales with extensive experience within the wider Hunter, Central Coast and Mid North Coast regions.

Cameron has provided valuations for mortgage security purposes to all major banks and other leading institutions, along with non-mortgage valuation and consultancy advice including a Director on the Australian Government property panel.

Cameron prides himself on being approachable and maintaining professional standards with his experience spanning across a diverse range of locations, markets and industries.

Andrew Walker

Andrew is a Managing Valuer for WBP Group Newcastle, Hunter and Central Coast. He is a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) with over 10 years’ experience in all areas of valuation across New South Wales with extensive experience within the wider Hunter and Central Coast regions.

Andrew has provided valuations for mortgage security purposes to all major banks and other lending institutions, along with non-mortgage valuation, consultancy advice and family law matters.

Andrew has a wide range of valuation experience across all sectors of the market and undertakes valuations on Residential, Prestige Residential, Rural Residential/Lifestyle, Commercial and Industrial.

Andrew is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) and has a Bachelor of Business (Property) from the University of Western Sydney.
