Sacha Millar is the General Manager and co-owner of WBP Group Queensland. Sacha’s priority is supporting the WBP team to provide an exceptional customer experience, business development, marketing and education in the property valuation space.
Sacha conducts presentations for home buyers and investors helping them to buy an asset not a liability, as well as helping lenders and brokers to get the best result for their customers when requiring valuations.
Sacha and Jonathan started JDMA Property Valuations in 2007, before merging with WBP in 2016, and have grown to a team of 25 covering southeast QLD and northern NSW, including areas like Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Ipswich and Tweed Heads.

PRE-SALE

WILLS & DECEASED ESTATES
If preparing a will or administering a deceased estate, a valuation will identify the market value by an independent professional. An accurate valuation is essential as this will impact the distribution of the deceased’s estate.
TAXATION & FINANCIAL REPORTING
Ever lived in your investment property before renting it out? Your accountant will need a valuation for calculating the Capital Gains Tax applicable. If you are transferring a property between related parties, the State Revenue Office will require a valuation for the calculation of stamp duty payable.
INSURANCE VALUATIONS
Building Insurance Valuations are required by law under and should be carried out by suitably qualified individuals such as a Certified Practising Valuer. Our valuers provide Insurance Valuations for building Reinstatement and Replacement purposes.
SELF MANAGED SUPER FUND REPORTING
We provide ATO compliant, abbreviated reports for your SMSF portfolio, to keep the cost down. All SMSFs are required to provide a market valuation as at June 30 each year.
RESUMPTION COMPENSATION
