We also have a specialist team who complete valuations for family law practitioners for mediation and court purposes. Our Family Law Team are well versed in the requirements of the Federal Circuit Court and the Family Court. We understand the importance of an accurate report, meeting the prescribed timeframes and treating all clients with the upmost of respect and courtesy.

We are a locally owned business committed to ensuring our clients have the information and advice required to make an informed decision when transacting in real estate in the Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and northern NSW areas. We support clients in making evidence-based property decisions to provide peace of mind and remove the guesswork.

In addition to providing residential and commercial valuations, we also complete insurance valuations for body corporates and the general public.

Our clients span the spectrum, from solicitors and accountants, SMSF managers, bank lenders, non-bank lenders and government departments, to small business and individuals seeking independent insights before buying, selling and renovating property.
