The Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) today announced finalists for the REIV Awards for Excellence. The awards recognise real estate firms and individuals for ongoing contribution to the real estate industry, and for service excellence. Among the list is WBP property adviser, Phil Manning who is named finalist in the Buyer’s Agent of the Year category.
With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry as an agency owner, auctioneer, property advisor and buyer’s advocate, Manning uses his extensive knowledge of Melbourne property to help his clients buy carefully selected property with strong capital growth potential. “We have a rigorous property selection process that means we consider fewer than 5% of properties on the market for our clients”, says Manning. “This approach not only results in a high level of client satisfaction, but also sets us apart from much of the competition out there.”
With many awards and finalist accolades already adorning the walls of the WBP Head Office, including a Victorian Telstra Business Award, numerous MFAA Awards and BRW Fast 100 listings, WBP is proud of Manning’s ‘finalist’ status for Buyer’s Agent of the Year and looks forward to the Awards Dinner at Crown Palladium Ballroom where winners will be announced on October 23, 2014.
