Simon Edwards

A long term resident of the local area, Simon expanded the Melbourne business during the early 2000’s to provide WBP with coverage for the Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula and Surf Coast regions.

He has extensive experience in residential and commercial valuations with his area of expertise now concentrated within prestige coastal and rural lifestyle markets from the Bellarine Peninsula to the Surf Coast.

Joining as a shareholder of the Geelong & Southwest Victoria branch in 2022, Simon is committed to providing expert advice for our clients as well as leading our local team of valuers to provide industry leading service.

James McGrath

Director – Geelong & Southwest Victoria

Since becoming qualified as a Certified Practising Valuer in 2015, James has gained extensive experience in valuations throughout Metropolitan Melbourne, Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula and Surf Coast regions.

After relocating permanently to Geelong James joined as a shareholder in 2022. He is a dedicated, hardworking leader who brings a wealth of Commercial and Industrial expertise to our group. With his depth of valuation knowledge, strong customer focus and industry leading communication, he delivers accurate and efficient service to our clients.
