Life in lockdown is challenging and we acknowledge there are families going through mediation and family law processes who need the services of a property valuer to ensure their affairs continue to move through the legal system.  At WBP Group, we understand the importance of continuing to serve our clients with property valuations at this difficult time.  Where stage 4 lockdowns are in place in metropolitan Melbourne, our Virtual Valuation solution means we can continue to support our clients and fulfil their valuation requirements. In outer areas, where inspections are permitted, we offer our clients the option of a full inspection valuation or, if they have concerns, a Virtual Valuation is also an alternative. 

The Virtual Valuation 

Whether or not our clients are located in a lockdown restricted area, they can opt for their valuation to be completed virtually if they feel at risk having someone onsite. Upon booking they simply select the option to be sent a link to an app. The valuer guides the customer through the inspection in real-time and steps them through the process to complete the virtual inspection, ensuring the geo-location of the property being valued is securely captured. 

Our goal is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our customers and employees without compromising the quality of our service. Where we can continue to visit the site of the valuation, our valuers maintain all social distancing and all government guidelines. We conduct zero touch inspections as another means of protecting our clients and our valuers.
